Completely new to yoga and have never practiced before? Or perhaps you’ve already visited a class here and there but are still a bit unsure and would like to gain a better understanding.
This workshop offers a warm, friendly setting in which to explore the basic foundational poses including modifications to fit your needs and abilities and to prepare you for open vinyasa yoga class.
In addition to being guided through the base-poses, you’ll become more acquainted with the connection of the breath to movement. You can expect a learning environment where you can ask questions to help deepen your understanding.
